If you are a Mopar motorhead, and can say hemi, you can take advantage of great shows that feature classic muscle car beasts such as Hemi Darts, Dusters, and Cudas doing thunderous burnouts. In the Colorado area, you can attend the first Pikes’ Peak Regional Mopar Car Show in Colorado Springs on June 6, 2009

Don’t worry, there is plenty of muscle car action for die hard Chevy, Ford, Pontiac, Buick, Oldsmobile, and even American Motors fanatics all over the good old USA all the time. If you want to see the original muscle car, the famous Pontiac GTO, you should plan to attend the 19th Annual 2009 Indian Uprising All Pontiac Weekend at the DuPage Expo Center in St. Charles, IL on July 25-26th, 2009.

A great venue for viewing many muscle car models, including the famous Nickey Chevrolet 427, tire smoking Chevy Novas, Chevelles, and other GM brutes is the Nickey Chicago Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals, November 21-22, 2009. There is even a special Shelby Snake pit for all those folks who are charmed by the hot cobra snake.

For those individuals who can't get enough of those red, white, and blue tire smokers, such as AMC Scramblers, AMXs, Rebels, Marlins, and even 360 Gremlins, there are shows in California at Pomona on May 30, 2009, or at the Independence, Ohio Home Days All American Car Show on August 8, 2009.
