Muscle Car Auctions

Muscle car auctions are one of the best ways to see a variety of cars all in one place. If you are looking for one specific muscle car, this is a great way to see the car you want up close and personal, and you even get a little history, as well. There is more to being at a auction than just looking; most people go to an auction to buy the car of their dreams. When most men were little kids, they pretty much all had at least one car that stood out in their minds and they all said that when they were able, they would get that special car they have always wanted.

The St. Charles Auto Auction, which is at the Pheasant Run Resort, located at 4051 East Main Street in St. Charles, Illinois, will take place on October 1st through the 3rd, 2009. This auction will also be on live television and online biding will be available. This auction will be like most auctions, featuring either reserve or non-reserve bidding. Reserve bidding is when the seller has set one specific price that the seller will not go under. Bidding will go to the highest bidder, but if the bidding goes below the specific price that the seller has set, the seller has the option whether to sell or not. Non-reserve bidding is when the seller will take the highest bid no matter what that price may be.

This year will also be the 38th annual Barret-Jackson Muscle Car show and auction in Scottsdale, Arizona, for those who would like to attend an auction but cannot make it to Illinois.
